One company, three careers (so far)
Originally from the U.K., Chris has more than 20 years of experience in industries as diverse as construction, fast-moving consumer goods, healthcare, and juvenile products. After moving to Hong Kong, he joined Newell Brands to lead R&D, delivering key projects for IRWIN Tools, Lenox, and Levolor. Next he led the Industrial Design for Baby & Parenting team in Switzerland, eventually becoming Director of R&D for Baby & Parenting EMEA.
In 2014, he moved to the U.S. to join the Design Center, excited by the prospect of leveraging the organization’s design capabilities across all its brands.
Chris holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial Design from the University of Northumbria.
Often defaults to the Beatles or the Smiths, but has been fanatical about most genres at some point.
